Hello!

I put my heart into each class and care deeply about helping my students make a connection between their spirit, mind, and body, to learn to be a better listener when your body speaks.

She said, "May today there be peace within. May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.  May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others.  May you use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.  May you be content with yourself just the way you are.  Let this knowledge settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love.  It is there for each and every one of us."

Earning a masters degree in international business, working in corporate America, and raising four children, showed me a deep need for yoga.  It cultivates our essential inner resources of resilience, courage and genuine happiness-survival skills for the 21st century.

I am a motivated, lifelong learner, in which yoga has been part of my life in one form or another for 28 years.  As a passionate nomad, I am happy and eager to bring yoga to corporations, seniors, retreat centers, mom's groups, and churches.  I teach a variety of classes in the Chicagoland area.

Teaching with the tools of breathwork, poses and meditation will help nurture the human spirit and can create meaningful change in our lives and in our community. The work done on our mats is “practice” that can help us show up in the world as a more authentic person with an open heart. I craft my classes to improve physical strength, deepen flexibility and relieve stress.

What brings me joy? Spending time in nature, quiet mornings, a great cup of tea, traveling, hiking, baking, and cooking.
