Yoga for Seniors

Children's Yoga

ages 5-18

Children can experience the poses of yoga in an easy and lively way. By imitating animals and making shapes with their bodies, they learn how their bodies feel, what they can accomplish,  and have fun!  Breathing techniques are an important part in the yoga practice.

They will learn techniques that can be used to calm down, reduce anxiety and fall asleep better.
