Holy Yoga

Expand your prayer time and experience faith-based soul fitness.  Classes are designed with a Christ-centered focus.  I begin and end our time with prayer, sprinkled with encouragement and grace throughout our practice.  The Hatha Yoga style flow is set to Christian music. Experience embodied prayer, to connect deeper to God with your body with your mind and spirit.
